\ BREATH : THE KEY TO EXPERIENCE with Siew-Yong
Wednesday May 5
6.50pm
Our body
is made of the same five elements as in the Universe – earth, water, fire,
air and ether. The air element, manifests as breath, is where we should begin
to build our awareness in our spiritual practice because the breath is the
bridge between the body and mind. In
this 2.5-hour workshop, you will ·
Learn the deeper truths about breathing ·
Primary and secondary breathing muscles ·
Pranic body & 5 stages of breathing · Breath Awareness Meditation - a technique to increase energy and
intelligence by Shiva Sutra and experience divine consciousness Workshop ends with a free Nithya Spiritual
Healing. This is a religious and spiritual prayer service to support the
body's ability to heal on its own. It works on the principle that
Energy is Intelligence. Outwardly it is a religious healing prayer and
inwardly it is meditation.

overflowing joy can heal our mind and let the presence of our inner
intelligence work through the body. In this

engraved memories, cleanse and energise the body and mind and become aware of
your inner potential. Workshop
