What makes a DIFFERENCE in our Lives?

What matters most to us? Where do we go when we need guidance, support and acceptance? With whom can we share our deepest fears, our dreams, our grief, our triumphs and setbacks – the journey of our life? What do we do when our life seems empty – when we feel our aloneness so acutely?

All these questions are similar in that they define the important issues in everyone’s life. When we take away all the trappings of our existence, these are the questions that, at times of reflection, rumble around in our thoughts. What sustains us – physically, emotionally and spiritually?

There is in all of us a need to know who we are, why we are and where we are going. When we begin to ask these questions, we begin a journey of self-discovery – a passage into awareness – of ourselves, of others, of the world around us.

The Gympie Yoga & Relaxation Centre was created as a place to which all people can come to find acceptance, guidance and support for their own personal development and wellbeing.
The Centre, although privately owned, is run on a fee for service basis and not as a profit making concern. It is an independent body and is not affiliated with any formal religious, philosophical or community groups. Those working at the Centre all have a common goal – to offer the best possible service for the betterment of others.

The focus of the Centre is predominantly yoga - offering courses, classes and workshops. However the Centre also offers Counselling and KaHuna and Massage. The Centre is also a place of prayer, meditation and teachings of other traditions such as Buddhist and Islamic.

The Gympie Yoga & Relaxation Centre is situated adjacent to the main shopping centre/business district in the city of Gympie.
